Launching a new website, moving our salon and what we are about! It wasn’t just about giving things a new look - it really made us pause and think about who we are as a business and what we truly stand for.

One thing that became super clear is that everything we do revolves around our deep love and respect for dogs. That’s why we embraced “Dog Grooming with Heart” as our core value. It just feels right. For us, it’s not just about grooming dogs; it’s about creating a space where they feel loved, safe, and happy.

Every dog that comes into our salon is treated with the same care and kindness we’d give our own pets.

Teaching the next generation of groomers, is not just about skills, it's compassion. It’s amazing to see that people who come to our training centre are naturally drawn to this philosophy.

They’re not just looking to learn the skills - they already share that same love for dogs. It’s like they feel our core value in their own hearts, and that’s why they seek us out.

Our job is to help them grow that natural empathy and teach them how to be incredible groomers.

Our instructors really lead by example, showing how to treat each dog with gentle hands and a kind heart.

This whole rebranding journey has just reaffirmed what we’ve always believed: “Dog Grooming with Heart” is so much more than a tag line - it’s who we are.

We’re all about making a positive difference in the lives of dogs and their owners, and we’re committed to living that out in everything we do.
