I am very pleased at my first experience here. Came to get the dentals for two ex racing greyhounds. Both dogs were happy to go in and suitably fussed over. We will be back on a regular basis I'm sure.

So I took my two greyhounds for an ultrasonic teeth cleaning, and it was a great experience all round. The dogs seemed fairly happy to be left with the staff for the half hour needed and very happy upon our return but not stressed. And while not everyone thinks the ultrasonic cleaning is worth while I think that over the two years I have been having it done (not all here) it has made a big difference to their dental health. I would absolutely recommend using these guys and have already got my two grey's next session booked in!

This week, I attended the Dog Grooming Taster Session at Upper Hound Dog Grooming. All I can say is that, Kate and her Team were amazing. Such a friendly, professional environment. The team were so happy to talk about their experiences and demonstrate grooming techniques. It was a great insight into the grooming world. The dogs were treated like family, with respect and love. After speaking with Kate, Danielle and the rest of the team, I have decided to take on the Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming. I'm excited to learn from them and excited for the future. I contacted Upper Hound Dog grooming very last minute on Saturday to see if there was any availability ASAP for my golden retriever as he was very in need of a groom and Kate kindly fitted him in for Monday 9am. When I got to the reception I was greeted by a lovely and enthusiastic lady who made a fuss of Fynn which made him very happy as he loves attention. I was called with 20 minutes notice to let me know Fynn would be ready to collect. The girls did an amazing job of Fynn and groomed him to perfection and left him feeling lovely and soft!😍 I highly recommend Upper Hound Dog Grooming if you are looking for somewhere to get your dog groomed and Fynn will definitely be returning for another pamper🛁🫧☺️ Thankyou to everyone at Upper Hound Dog Grooming💙🩷 ps. pics added of Fynn after his groom🥰

The best groomers around. We drive 45 minutes every 6/7 weeks just for both my dogs to have the best groom possible. The knowledge, expertise and kindness of Kate and her team is unmatched. Each trip is a lovely experience and the team are great at remembering your dogs as individuals, and therefore cater to their needs. They have also helped spot things like lumps and teeth decay on my girls which has resulted in early intervention vet care which I know has helped them. They also care about each and every dog and customer, always happy to listen and help and questions and concerns. My dogs have always been nervous and anxious but I know they are in safe hands at Upper Hound! I would never take my girls anywhere else. Will always recommend them!

Today we took Cooper for his first grooming with the Upper Hound team and we loved it! 😍 Kate and Megan were so kind, explained specific techniques for his breed and it seems Cooper had a lovely experience with the ladies. Looking forward for the next time and definitely becoming frequent clients. Thank you!
