1. Making a Booking:
- Online: You can make a booking through our website by selecting a suitable date and time from the available slots.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
- We recommend booking at least a week in advance during busy seasons to ensure your desired slot.
- Time Frame: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the grooming service charge. We have this policy to ensure that we can accommodate other pets in need of grooming.
- No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a 100% service charge will apply. We request your understanding as no-shows impact our business and the services we provide to other pets.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting our customer service.
3. Cancellation Watch:
For those times when you hope to get an earlier appointment or a specific date and time, we introduce our ‘Cancellation Watch’ feature. Here’s how it works:
- Sign Up: Let our team know that you’d like to be added to the Cancellation Watch list for a specific date or time range.
- Notification: If another client cancels or reschedules their appointment within your specified range, we will notify you immediately about the newly available slot.
- First Come, First Served:** These slots are offered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. So, the quicker you respond to our notification, the better your chances of securing the slot.
- No Obligation: Being on the Cancellation Watch list doesn’t obligate you to take any slot that becomes available. It’s just a way to increase the chances of getting your preferred slot.
