I took my puppy for hir first groom last week. The team were so friendly and gentle with my girl, she was at ease immediately. They did such a nice job of her groom and she looked beautiful. Would highly recommend this lovely place :)

Our adopted dog had her first visit to a groomers ever having lived in kennels in Greece for a long time. She had a great time. The girls loved her. They said how good she was. She looked even more beautiful after her pamper session.

Fabulous place, the staff are lovely and always do an amazing job. Roxie loves her visits and positively prances on her way out! She was a bit cross about the toothbrush though.

Our Basset Hounds (Dexter & Bubble) go for their groom here every few weeks and I can not recommend them enough. The dogs are relaxed and they come home happy and smelling beautiful. Lovely local business!

Our dog Chewie is a very nervous little dog and gets terribly anxious, but everyone at Upper Hound is so great with her. The team here are just so friendly and incredible at their job. Out little dog comes out looking gorgeous all the time. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Kate and her team are brilliant, they are all very smiley and very welcoming. We have 3 dogs that have been groomed and I am always happy with their cut. Their needs are discussed before the groom and details given after of how everything went. Our new pup has been today for his first puppy groom and when I arrived to collect him, he was fast asleep, so I know he was happy and content there. Very prompt with query replies. Definitely a 5 star rating from all of us!
